The position is full time. A graduating student or alumnus would be preferable.
We are a small/medium sized firm with a niche market in high end, modern, very detail oriented work. If the ideal applicant happens to be a continuing student we would consider working with their schedule.
We are looking for someone with experience in the industry that we can train for the position, and possible transition in the future to a PM.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
-- Minimum of 4 years construction experience in the trades or as a Project Engineer/Superintendent.
-- Excellent organization skills

-- Strong work ethic
-- Self motivated, critical and articulate
-- Good computer skills
-- Experience managing a construction schedule successfully
-- An interest in modern design a plus
