Experience: 3 yrs minimum in residential /commercial building projects

Mesa Precast and Supply, LLC is a privately owned company located in Tempe, AZ. The company provides architectural precast product to both residential and commercial projects across the United
States but is mainly a supplier to the Southwest US. Mesa Precast and Supply works closely with its sister
company Advanced Cast Stone located in Ft. Worth, TX.
The company was founded over 25 years ago as a residential supplier but under new ownership in 2006
the company also focuses on commercial projects. Mesa Precast and Supply is nationally certified by the
Architectural Precast Association (APA).
The company is seeking a ProjectManager for Precast Concrete. The selected candidate will report to
the Managing Partner but will also have responsibilities to the company General Manager. The candidate should be a self starter, motivated, display excellent leadership and communication skills both verbally and in writing. The candidate will work closely with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, government agencies
and suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Proficient with Strong computer skills in the following programs;MicrosoftWord, Excel,
Outlook, and various other project management and bidding software. Some experience in
AUTOCAD or TURBO CAD is desirable (Strong computer skills are required).
2. Evaluate and interpret all contract documents.
3. Orchestrate and present information to owners as required.
4. Establish a professional working relationship with public agencies, consultants and team
members to insure on time successful project completion.
5. Prepare "precast proposals" for contractors, subcontractors and owners with scope of work
defined in detail.
6. Prepare change orders as necessary.
7. Contribute to value engineering and standard design guidelines.
8. Liaison with owners, buyers and tenants regarding warranty and other issues as they arise.
9. Review, analyze and select the most efficient and cost effective Suppliers.
10. Attend project coordination meetings.
11. Prepare and track RFI's.
12. Ensure all certifications and final inspections have been obtained.
13. Assist with administering contract documents including, submittals, purchase orders and
compliance requirements for specified projects.
14. Proficient skills to handle multiple projects and work within the scheduled deadlines.
15. Knowledge to understand plan specs for the job prior to job start.
16. Continue to develop and reinforce good relationships with "key" customers as well as new
customer base.
17. Work with General Contractors, Owners, and customers to bring jobs in on a timely manner and
within budget.
18. Ability to demonstrate to customers, employees and management at a professional level both
oral and written communication skills. Write routine reports and correspondence.
