RML Electric emailed me this ad. They are looking for a CM graduate that has the skills listed below, or shows the capacity to develop the skills listed below. They are really interested in alumni that were part of the ASC Reno Competition while in school.
Electrical Estimator/Project Manager for Small Projects Group
COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR Seeks motivated individual with initiative to contribute to company’s overall business goals and thrive in team structured environment.
*Must have proper business characteristics and planning abilities with limited supervision.
*Effective communications skills - oral and written.
*Time management & organizational skills essential.
*Commercial/ Industrial electrical background experience required. Commercial Electrical estimating experience - small to medium sized projects.
*Requires effective Sales Skill set, excellent Estimating & Project Management skill set
*Sales savvy, innovative person w/ ability to develop revenue sources with private small to medium size projects with customers in the Arizona market place.
*Proficiency in MS Office & estimating software (“McCormick” software exp a +).
*Contractor willing to provide developmental training and education to the “right” candidate should he/she not meet the above criteria.
